Chiunque volesse trasferire il proprio pg da Mars a Luna deve assicurarsi che nell'account di Luna ci siano spazi pg vuoti ed inoltre deve specificare il nome del personaggio in un ticket al sistema di supporto o su un thread creato appositamente.

Attenzione: Verranno trasferiti solo gli oggetti in inventario e non quelli nel magazzino. Esclusi gli incanta oggetto e marmi della benedizione che dovranno essere tolti dall'inventario.

Whoever wants to transfer his own character from Mars to Luna, must be sure that all the slots in the inventory on Luna are empty. You must know that ONLY the items from the inventory will be transfered. You have to specify the name of the pg that you want to tranfer and send a ticket at support system or in this thread.
To send the ticket enter the following site: https://support.new-metin3.org/
Ticket:
Attention: will be transferred only items in the inventory. So items from the safebox will not be transferred. Incanta oggetto and marmo della benedizione must be removed from the inventory.

Oricine ar dori sa-si transfere propriul PG de pe serv. Mars pe serv. Luna , trebuie sa se asigure ca, pe contul de pe serv.Luna sunt spatii goale in inventar si neaparat trebuie sa specifice numele personajului trimitand un Ticket de la Supporto , sau sa creeze un thread special.
