To do a King 4 ( ALL BREEDS ) you need to have an King 2 + 9 ( At example for sura ) and a King 3 + 9 ( again Sura ) then go to " Nebbia " then select " Il ricettario e la fucina " ( the cookbook and the forge ) then put this two items inside the forge and click " Ok " and you will take King 4 Sura ( same method for King 4 War / Ninja / Shaman )
